Have a gander at this lovely lot, hitting beauty counters on August 1st. Yeah, ok, I know. We haven’t even had summer yet and I’m obsessing over AW13. Surelookit. This is the way of beautyland. We’re always mad ahead of ourselves.
Voilette de Madam is the name of Guerlain’s autumnal offerings, fronted once again by Natalia Vodianova. This time the story’s all about feminine intrigue; hidden behind a dotted swiss veil, the device is used across the products.
There’s a whole new eye story in the form of L’Ecrin Two Couleurs Colour Fusion Eyeshadows, €40, in eight shades.
Scrumptious, eh? Shadeways are Two Rock: mysterious green and dazzling black; Two Stylish: deep blue and metallic grey; Two Extravagant: chocolate brown and zesty green; Two Gossip: stirring plum and Baroque gold; Two Candy: soft white and sparkling pink; Two Parisian: intense black and powder pink; Two Lovely: soft grey and aquamarine and Two Spicy: ebony brown and spicy coral.
This is the hero of the collection: it’s Madam Rougit blush, €55. Four shades of peach, coral, beige and pink can be blended or used separately.
Three limited edition Rouge Gs join the collection too. Decorated with that Swiss veil pattern that typifies the collection, they’re €41.50 and come in differing red/pink tones. Pick 860 Madame Batifole, a vibrant fuchsia, 861 Madame Flirte, a fruity red or 862 Madame Rêve, described as “a voluptuous pink.”
There’s also one limited edition colour lacquer for nails in 860 Madame Batifole, €23, as well as three Gloss D’enfer Intense Colour and Shine Limited Edition €28 in 860 Madame Batifole, an electric sparkling fuchsia, 861 Madame Flirte, a gourmand sparkling red and 863 Madame Fascine, a sparkling deep purple for a bitten lips effect. And there’s a last little look at another cute shadow duo.
So – saving for anything? Let me know in a comment. Oh and psst: everything’s pinnable to your Frillseeker boards!
