Eh check out those legs! (When quizzed, Naoimh confessed to a light application of James Read tan. Putting that on the list, STAT)

I wrote about this bright pink Topshop dress and all the ways you can accessorise it here. And as one of the side effects of the job didn’t I end up buying it for my good self.

Let’s get down to the nitty gritty of what I teamed it with. Well, my French friend Celine insisted on coming with me. I snapped up this black clutch (really it’s a small pouch but in order to justify how much I spent on it I need to refer to it as a clutch) in the Brown Thomas Christmas sale for €75.

Gold headband from Penneys

The gold leaf hairband was a snip at €2 in Penneys and I’ll definitely wear it again. All my jewellery was given as presents for one birthday or another. The drop pearl earrings are from Rhinestones; my Zoe & Morgan ‘love’ ring bought at Loulerie has made regular appearances on the website, the smaller heart studs a friend picked for me in Warehouse and finally the single bangle was part of a set that is years old.

Naoimh wearing black shoes from New Look

Footsie, anyone?

Now, the sandals are worth noting. These babies are New Look, cost €24.95 and held their own in the comfort stakes until 4am when the dance floor shut up shop.

There you have it lads, an insight into what I wore to a friend’s nuptials. Tell us in the comments if you would have accessorised the dress differently?
