Ever since the news of this broke a couple of months ago, the beauty blogosphere has been abuzz with news of the imminent arrival of what’d finalise a holy trinity of Naked palettes.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

Naked 3 is, let’s be honest, not too madly different from Nakeds 1 and 2. Ok, it leans a little pinker. One half seems to be given to warm tones while the other leans cooler, but with a passing glance, I dare anyone not rared at the knee of a beauty counter to tell the difference. About the only major identifier is the case, and as far as I’m concerned, the less said about that the better. It hasn’t outdone Naked 2 for me – I love that packaging.

Ok, so, the deets: 12 shades as per, all of them new to this kit. It will cost €44 and officially launches on December 16th though Debenhams has an exclusive from the 12th. With a waiting list already numbering over 600, will you get one? Get in the queue.

There are some standout shades, that glitter-shot almost-black on the end being my immediate favourite. Let’s take a closer look at the colours.

Textures are a mix of mattes, glitters, suedes and shimmer. The five at the end are the ones I’m most interested in, I have to say. And while I haven’t had my paws in my sample for a proper go yet, I’m only dying to. Watch this space.

What about you? Up for another punt on the Naked party boat?
