I’m a shady person, real shady. In the way that I’m absolutely FANTATICAL about shades of the sunshine protector variety. Sitting here in Opsh HQ as I write this piece, I have three pairs of sunglasses on my desk and a pair on my head – slightly excessive, I think?!

Every year without fail I’ll buy myself at least five pairs once the sunshine hits the skies. Inevitably they get lost, broken (I’ve definitely sat on a few…) or stolen at a festival, so I do tend to go for more reasonably priced pairs. I am ALL ABOUT the high street eye-wear; retailers have really upped the ante in the last few years. They are fun, fashionable and can totally make the outfit – as well has hiding those “tired” eyes after a particular rambunctious night on the dance floor.

Since the sun has hit Dublin again (albeit accompanied by the frostiest wind) I’m on the lookout for a few more pairs to add to my collection.

Round, glittery, wing tipped, classic, party; any style goes as long as you’re styling them with ‘tude.
